Terms & Conditions – Boat Trip Bookings

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Saundersfoot Boat Trips. By making a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Bookings
- All trips must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or agreed booking method.
- Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
2. Safety
- Safety is our highest priority.
- All passengers must follow crew instructions at all times.
- A safety briefing will be provided before departure and must be listened to.
- We reserve the right to refuse boarding if we believe a passenger’s behaviour could compromise safety.
3. Weather & Sea Conditions
- All trips are subject to suitable weather and sea conditions.
- If conditions are unsafe, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone a trip.
- In the event of cancellation due to weather or safety, we will offer:
- A rebooking for an alternative date, or
- A refund where rebooking is not possible.
4. Wildlife Sightings
- Wildlife sightings (including dolphins, seals, and seabirds) are not guaranteed.
- We do not chase or disturb wildlife.
- The nature of wildlife experiences means every trip is different.
No refunds will be given due to a lack of wildlife sightings.
5. Cancellations by Customers
- If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Cancellation terms may vary depending on notice given.
- Failure to attend a booked trip without notice may result in loss of payment.

6. Late Arrival
- Please arrive in good time before your scheduled departure.
- Late arrivals may not be able to join the trip, and refunds may not be available.
7. Children & Families
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- Age restrictions may apply depending on trip type and conditions.
- Please check suitability before booking.
8. Clothing & Personal Items
- Suitable clothing and footwear should be worn for conditions on the water.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought on board.
9. Medical Conditions
- Please inform us of any relevant medical conditions at the time of booking.
- Passengers with certain conditions may be advised not to travel depending on sea conditions.
10. Photography & Media
- Photos or videos may be taken during trips for promotional purposes.
- If you do not wish to appear in images, please inform a member of the crew.
11. Liability
- We operate in line with relevant maritime safety regulations.
- Participation in boat trips involves inherent risks associated with the marine environment.
- We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
